Shape Interrelations Exercise
Students were asked to illustrate words/concepts using simple shapes and shape interrelations (interpenetration, overlapping, subtractive, additive…) as a second exercise, students were asked to use color to enhance the meaning of the illustration.
Project 1 - 12 moments
Students were asked to illustrate 12 moments or memorable experiences from their lives using simple shapes or shape interrelations.
Project 2 - Designer Profiles
Fundamentals of Design students were asked to profile a prominent 20th Century designer and produce a designed booklet, using their personal style to comment upon or showcase the work of the profiled.

Final Project - Self Portrait
Students were asked to illustrate 12 moments or memorable experiences from thier lives using simple shapes or shape interrelations.
